Learn the Tort Law and Issues Applicable to the Work Performed by Agents / Intermediaries

Agents play a key role in the football / soccer industry. Contractual agreements are central to the work performed by agents, regardless of whether that is negotiating a new employment contract for a player, or a transfer agreement for a club.
On this course, you shall learn about the law of tort and how that law applies when representing cients as a professional (including as an agent / intermediary), amongst other things.

The Topics Covered on the Course Include:

Lesson 1: The Law of Negligence;
Lesson 2: Applying The Law To The Work of Professionals / Agents;
Lesson 3:The Remedies available for a Breach of the Duty of Care.
